Elite Graphix Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

At Elite Graphix, our goal is to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with our services and products. However, due to the nature of custom graphic design work and printing services, our refund and return policy is structured as follows:


Graphic Design Services

  • No Refunds on Digital Design Work:
    Once a design project has commenced, we are unable to offer refunds due to the personalized nature of the service.
  • Client Satisfaction Commitment:
    We will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your design. This includes revisions, as outlined in our project agreement, to meet your expectations.

Payment Terms

  • 50% Deposit Required:
    A 50% deposit is required before any artwork can begin.
  • Balance Due Upon Completion:
    The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the artwork.

Printing Services

  • Full Payment in Advance:
    For printing-only services, full payment is required before any job will be printed.

Approval and Responsibility

  • Client Approval:
    Clients must approve the final design via email before production begins.
  • Proofreading Responsibility:
    It is the client’s responsibility to carefully proofread all text, dates, spelling, logos, and other details before final approval. Elite Graphix is not liable for any errors or omissions after the final approval.
  • File Specifications:
    If providing artwork, files must meet these specifications:
    • Minimum resolution of 300 DPI
    • Include a 0.25” bleed
    • Sized accurately for printing

Note: Edits to client-provided files will incur additional fees.


Revisions and Changes

  • Initial Information Submission:
    All relevant information (e.g., phone numbers, addresses, directions) must be provided at the start of the project.
  • Additional Charges:
    • Any changes or additions after layout design has begun or is completed may result in extra fees and extended production time.
    • Changes requested after final approval will also incur additional charges.

Rush Orders

  • Rush Fees:
    Orders requiring a turnaround time of 72 hours or less may incur additional rush charges.
