At Elite Graphix, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping-related matters.
1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing for Paper Goods:
Paper goods are processed within 2-5 business days after full payment and final artwork approval. -
Specialty Products, Apparel, and Promotional Items:
Processing times for specialty products, apparel, and promotional items may take 7-14 business days, depending on the size, quantity, and materials required for the order. -
Rush Orders:
Rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Rush orders are prioritized but may still require a minimum of 1-2 business days, depending on the project.
*If orders are complete prior to the estimated completion time, your order will be shipped immediately or you will be notified for pickup.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use trusted carriers, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, to ship orders. The specific carrier used will depend on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
3. Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination. -
International Shipping:
International shipping is available upon request. Clients are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with international shipments.
4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method and destination. Typical delivery times range from 3-7 business days for domestic orders. -
Delays:
Elite Graphix is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Brooklyn location during regular business hours. Please select this option during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please note, Saturday pickup must be scheduled.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please use this information to monitor your package’s delivery status.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Hazardous or oversized materials may require special arrangements, which will be communicated to you in advance.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. -
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
9. Incorrect Address
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
