    All designs, materials, and content created by Elite Graphix remain our property until full payment is received.

    Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the designs solely for the agreed-upon purpose, unless otherwise stated. This license does not permit reproduction, modification, or redistribution without prior written consent from Elite Graphix.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Proofreading and Approval:
    Clients are responsible for proofreading all text, images, and design elements before final approval.
  • File Submission:
    Client-provided files must meet our required specifications (300 DPI resolution, 0.25” bleed, etc.). Failure to comply may result in delays or additional fees.
  • Timely Communication:
    Prompt communication is required to ensure project timelines are met.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • Errors After Approval:
    Elite Graphix is not responsible for errors or omissions after client approval.
  • Service Delays:
    We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues or third-party vendor delays.
  • Digital Products:
    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, as outlined in our Returns and Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:
